Our Cell Painting offering examines cellular morphology through image-based profiles. A project should define whether these profiles will support comparison, clustering or follow-up of nominated compounds.

Provide the cell system, treatment set and reference controls, then agree how morphological profiles will be analyzed. It describes measured cellular features under the specified conditions. Assigning a mechanism requires appropriate comparisons and additional supporting evidence.
